All Hail King Biden.

Today, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that Presidents may claim immunity from criminal prosecution for certain actions they take during their presidency — placing the President clearly above the law.

In a 6-3 ruling, the justices said presidents are shielded from prosecution for official acts but do not have immunity for unofficial acts, leaving it up to lower courts to determine whether core aspects of an indictment are official or unofficial.

The three dissenting judges (the Liberal ones) concluded that this decision makes presidents immune from prosecution for acts such as ordering Navy SEALs to assassinate a political rival, organizing a military coup to hold onto power or accepting a bribe in exchange for a pardon.

In her opinion, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson wrote, “Stated simply: The Court has now declared for the first time in history that the most powerful official in the United States can (under circumstances yet to be fully determined) become a law unto himself.”

Justice Sonia Sotomayor added, “Even if these nightmare scenarios never play out, and I pray they never do, the damage has been done. The relationship between the President and the people he serves has shifted irrevocably. In every use of official power, the President is now a king above the law.”

While many Liberals take to social media crying about this decision and how it favors FORMER president Donald Trump by further delaying his federal trials until after the election in November, we have to stop and consider that it favors CURRENT president even more so — President Joe Biden is now essentially free to eliminate his political rival in a number of ways, should he choose to do so, without consequence.

In the end, the Supreme Court has fucked EVERYONE …again.

SCREW YOU, SCOTUS.

All Hail King Biden.
